For Act II members, this activity meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 8 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. in the Dixon Education Center classroom of Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital. A Saturday class meets at 8:30 a.m.
Strength training shapes and defines while increasing muscle mass and bone density. Low impact Aerobics strengthens the heart and lungs while burning fat for weight loss. Stretching restores a healthy, positive mind/body balance. Instructor Mary Avila.
