Practice Yoga using your breath and body postures to improve balance, posture, strength, range of motion and mindfulness. All options will be presented for each individual’s level of comfort and stability. The benefits include fewer accidents, less stress, and more joy! We will use chairs and the wall in this class. Students need to bring their own yoga mat. Classes run continuously with very few breaks. Join at any time!
LEVEL 1: An introductory class exploring head to toe movement supported by a chair. Pranayama (breath) and restorative relaxation methods will be used to create space in the body.
LEVEL 2: This class includes more standing and kneeling postures than Level 1, maintaining a gentle approach and using a chair and the wall for support and stability.
